Third White Rose Trial

Report (indictment) and trial transcript, along with interrogation transcript of Josef Soehngen. Translated by Ruth Hanna Sachs.

This is the "forgotten" White Rose trial, which was to have been held on April 20, 1943 with four death sentences. But a loss of files containing evidence forced delay of the proceedings.

At this trial, Gisela Schertling redeemed herself by recanting previous testimony against the defendants.
